BANANA VS APPLE
The
first thing when everybody consider about simple fruit are Bananas and apple
which should be easily buy at the market it low price. They are also both
readily available year round. Bananas and apples make healthy additions to any
diet, as they each offer a variety of nutrients you need to keep your body
healthy and lower your risk of disease.
The apple has less calories, though you get more
out of the banana as well as complex carbs which makes you feel full but that doesn't matter. You need to eat both. but eventually, your body will want something else. You need to alternate the foods
you eat in order to get all the vitamins your body needs.
