BANANA (Cause and/or Effect)








When we think about think about fruit their tropical origins or their many nutritional benefits. First I will choose Banana because Bananas are a very good source of fiber, and fiber-rich foods, especially insoluble fiber, reduce constipation. 





Bananas can help to treat diarrhea because they contain pectin, a complex-carbohydrate that increases water absorption from the intestines. By causing more water to be reabsorbed from the bowels, the pectin in bananas decreases the number of loose, watery stools people with diarrhea experience. Bananas are also rich in potassium, a mineral which is depleted in people who have chronic diarrhea.






However, Bananas offer plenty of positive nutritional value per serving, but their relatively high calorie and sugar amounts mean that it might be best to enjoy them in moderation.
