loose, watery stools people with diarrhea experience. Bananas are also rich in
potassium, a mineral which is depleted in people who have chronic diarrhea.
However, Bananas offer plenty of positive
nutritional value per serving, but their relatively high calorie and sugar
amounts mean that it might be best to enjoy them in moderation.
