           Do you know? Banana have a lot of benefit. In Thailand have the important original of banana. Traditional banana species live in the south of Thailand such as Golden banana, little finger banana. Nowadays have a survey species in Thailand appear on 323 species. Banana not just food for human to eat but banana have a lot of health benefits are comparable to any other types of fruits. In fact, have several positive benefits that many other fruits do not have.





           These yellow-skinned fruits are ideal for health because they have a sweet taste that most people enjoy. Because of this, it is easy to implement bananas in to a daily diet. Bananas are also convenient because you can carry them with you whenever you are in a hurry. 





           In addition to bananas good for health, bananas can make a lot of product because bananas can transform such as food, dessert, milk, packages. In Thailand dessert from bananas very popular and bananas can make dessert long times ago. Bananas contain three natural sugars namely sucrose, fructose, glucose and fibers. Banana helps increase energy to the body. Benefits of bananas, not just energy but can help prevent many diseases such as anemia hypertension constipation hangover brainpower. Therefore banana can used for everything and have many benefit.
